Yup, the Krimmy Couple is back with another video! A first this year. Jimmy Kim is currently not residing in Manila because of his job so I made sure that we recorded one yesterday when they went for a “field trip”. Actually, I have written a blog post before about you know, Koreans being THE BEST (my boyfriend’s words, not mine) but I felt that it’s more fun if you hear it straight from him! Hahaha! Enjoy!

Sebae Don for the New Year

So last Christmas, Jimmy was super freaking out and wondering why I was giving money to my nieces and the other kids. I told him it’s called “pamamasko” and is an awesome tradition in the eyes of the children here in the Philippines. Because you know, they really don’t celebrate Christmas back home like we do here.

However, I learned that kids are also given money during the holidays but it’s for the Korean Lunar New Year. And today, I GOT MY FIRST SEBAE DON 세배 돈, baby!

Two thousand pesos??? Thank you so much, sajangnim!

Yes, that’s from the namja chingu’s boss. That’s right, BOSS. Lolz. But why was I given money anyway?

Pepero Day

There’s INTERNATIONAL ALL CAPS DAY, there’s even No Pants Day (true story, celebrated on the 1st Friday of May… not by me kthnxbi) and then there’s Pepero Day. What the hell is Pepero Day, you may ask… Don’t worry, I didn’t know wtf it was either until someone surprised me in my office today and gave me these two boxes of Pepero.

Pepero: Just like Pocky, only Korean… Lulz

According to Wikipedia, Pepero is a cookie stick, dipped in chocolate syrup, manufactured by Lotte Confectionery in South Korea since 1983. It was inspired by the Japanese product, Pocky produced by Glico. Which also may have been the inspiration to Jack and Jill’s cheap, local version, PRETZELS. Pwn. But srsly, I’d choose Pretzels over Pocky/Pepero any day! I grew up eating that snack!

Krimmy Couple: Korean Animal Sounds

New Krimmy video, y’all! To celebrate our 7 months together! How the heck did we last more than half a year?! Anyway, we shot this in Bohol yesterday and Bohol is like one of my most favorite places in the Philippines and we were on a 4-day vacation there with my family. ^__^

Ryan Bang is My New Korean Boyfriend

LOL. Not really. The kid’s too young for me BUT OMG is he cute or what! I have never completely watched a single PBB episode in my life and didn’t know about him until the Big 4. Thank God for Youtube videos because holy crap, this boy is a dork! Super cute! He’s a Candy cutie, afterall. Haha!
